In celebration of a signature anniversary year, the 140th running of the Kentucky Derby took on a classic, traditional look that features the primary Derby color palette and evergreen icon. In this iteration of the annual event mark, the '140' is the hero element. The two-tone, jeweled red color is inspired by the silks worn by the world-class jockeys. The challenge with each annual event mark is to give the consumer something unique and exciting, while maintaining the sophistication and elegance of one of the most storied, sporting events.
